Add detection of correct instrument. If a USBWave12,USBCount50 or USBPulse100 is connected and USBScope50.exe is run then user is now prompted to connect the USBScope50 or run in DEMO Mode only. Added new Silabs cP210x drivers V4.4. This adds Vista compatibilty to the scope
